Just purchased a yearly subscription. Should have read the reviews first. The app wont let me sign in because my password doesnt match. Cant reset the PW.

The app has so far only updated its issue library on "even" months, so if you dont mind waiting 61 days or longer between issues (and reading them 2 at a time), then youll enjoy your subscription. Youll currently find the current issue on physical newstands, Zinio and Amazon, but not on this app. The same thing happened with previous issues, and it happens with this publishers other magazine apps. Attempting to download new issues usually results in the app crashing.

The magazine and its content are great, the App is terrible. Ive had to delete it and reinstall several times just to get the current edition.

Cant restore my purchase and when I hit subscribe again it will say you are already subscribe... Then let me download you idiot!!!

Terrible app. Great magazine. Stick with the print.

Inconsistent downloads. No matter how many times I try cant get the latest issue to show up.

Title says it all. Once the October issue showed up, the app seemed to forget I had a subscription. Restoring purchases did nothing.

Ready to turn off auto renew if subscription is not fixed.

App Update: unable to restore purchases to get new issues! Where are the issues always late. Wasting money contacted the publisher and they say "not our problem."

Not able to restore subscription since latest update. May be Apples problem but OP magazine is of no use. Johnjb

New update erased all of this years downloads. Now it says I have to pay for them individually. Tried to get help from Apple, no response. I have noticed that the digital issues come out much later in iTunes than on other apps or on the news stand. One of the poorest apps I own.

I have a subscription which expires next year, but Im unable to view my previous issues or new issues without purchasing them individually. This seems to have happened after a recent update. Also, even before, issues were sporadic coming. Often they would come two at a time instead of monthly. I like the magazine, but I wont continue to give them my business.

Not able to download my paid subscription. Not sure whom to contact

Since upgrading to iOS 9, I can only download 5 issues from my subscription, and only issues from 2014. The 2015 issues that I had on my old iPad require me to repurchase in order to download. Overall, this app has been less dependable that other magazine apps, and consequently Ive disabled the auto-renewal of my subscription.

Great mag but terrible app. Any upgrade of IOS screws up my subscription. It does not happen to my other mag subscriptions.

Lags a month or two behind the print subscription, very disappointed. Update: still the worst app on my iPad. Now my subscription no longer works. Kill a tree for a print subscription and you will be sooo much happier.

Same as the other most recent, will not properly function

My original post is below. The issues I had have been resolved and the downloads have been smooth. Initial viewing of the magazine also appears to be very satisfactory. I am upgrading from one to four stars. The fifth star will need to await further evaluation. (This is a useless app and my subscription at this point is worthless. The suggestions in the FAQ failed to work to work after muItiple tries. I deleted the app and reopened it to no avail. Even if it should work if I would have to download all the previous issues that I had, it would be quite a pain. I can not recommend this app unless its fixed and automatically restores all previous downloads.)

It seems someone was able to fish the problem with accessing past downloads. How did you fix it?

Content is top notch. App is iffy at best. Subscription issue fixed, but app is not full screen, on an iPad. Fix this simple problem and theyre back to 5 stars.
